What to expect after sign up
Once payment is received all subscribers to any level of our marketing programs will begin to receive creative content, as well as consultation and communication via email from one of our expert account managers. Account management will be dependent upon receipt of logins for any customer managed accounts. Marketing, PR and consultation will continue until a account is cancelled.
Cancellation policy
Our customers are more than welcome to cancel if needed. We do encourage you to recall that real estate income fluctuates throughout the year. In other words, your Spring success may pay for a slower Winter, and as you know, that is the nature of the industry. We also remind you that marketing is the ideal tax write off. Now, on to the details of cancelling. If cancelled prior to yearly anniversary date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the remainder of the year is due. Please be aware that all contracts are Yearly, Auto-Renewing contracts. Because our creative team works hard to design and plan your marketing strategy out well in advance, a minimum of 30 days is required to cancel any program with 47 Degrees North Marketing, LLC. And the cancellation will apply to your next month anniversary date. Please rest assured that we take immense pride in the continued success and satisfaction of our clients. Fulfillment policy
Wondering when the magic starts? As soon as sign up is complete, our team will begin work on all client marketing programs. You can expect follow up, support, and creative to begin within 24 hours of payment, with communications occurring to ensure your delight with branding and design styles.
Refund policy
We do not offer refunds. Please see cancellation policy.
Payment methods
All programs are priced in US dollars. We securely process ACH and credit card payments through Stripe. We take all major credit cards and work with any bank that offers ACH. Should you choose ACH, you will receive a verification code through your bank to complete the sign up. We charge an additional 3% to process credit cards. Please note, that there is a $55 fee for bounced payments or insufficient funds.

We will never ask for payment information without a phone conversation from an account marketing director
Though security is the highest priority for our site, please keep in mind that we will never ask you for payment information before having a phone consultation with one of our account representatives. Such conversation will be scheduled following receipt of an official company email showcasing the 47 Degrees North Marketing seal.

Privacy policy
We take client privacy very seriously. We do not store personal information on company servers. Our account mangers will store client passwords in order to publish creative content for your company. Customer payment information is stored through Stripe.
